Samsill Corporation announced it has been granted a U.S. Patent for a key ring binder innovation — the Speedy Spine spine label channel system, which enables users to insert spine labels up to 5x faster than with traditional view binders.
The patent protects Samsill’s proprietary spine channel design, which allows spine labels to slide into position quickly and securely without removing the binder from a shelf or workspace. The innovation was previously recognized by the Binding Industries Association in its Product of Excellence Awards.
Samsill manufactures its binders in Fort Worth, Texas and has been producing ring binders in the United States since 1953.
